4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: vendors who perform services on our behalf (e.g., payment processing, hosting, authentication, and analytics), who may use the information only as directed by us;
- Legal Requirements: when we believe disclosure is required by law or in response to valid legal requests;
- Protection of Rights: to protect the rights, property, or safety of Wagerlytics LLC, our users, or others, and to prevent fraud or abuse;
- Business Transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets;
- With Your Consent: when you direct or authorize us to share information.
5. Third-Party Service Providers
The Service relies on the following key providers, each governed by its own privacy policy:
- Stripe: secure payment processing
- Supabase: authentication and database services
- Vercel: hosting and cookieless, aggregated performance analytics
We encourage you to review these providers' privacy policies.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use a small number of cookies and browser storage technologies to operate the Service. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, and we do not use cookies to track you across other websites. The technologies we use fall into two categories: those that are strictly necessary to run the Service, and those that help us understand how the Service is used so we can improve it.
Strictly Necessary
These are required for core functionality such as signing in and keeping you logged in. The Service will not work correctly without them, so they cannot be turned off through our interface.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
| sb-*-auth-token | Cookie | Authentication — keeps you securely signed in (set by our authentication provider, Supabase). | Session / until sign-out |
| partner | Cookie | Set only if you arrive through a partner or referral link, so we can correctly attribute your signup and apply any associated offer at checkout. | 30 days |
| app state | Session storage | Temporarily holds in-progress activity, such as your current parlay and bet settings, so it isn't lost as you navigate. | Cleared when tab closes |
Analytics and Performance
These help us understand which features are used and how the Service performs, in aggregate. They are not used for advertising.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
| _cp_session | Session storage | A randomly generated identifier used to group page views and feature usage within a single visit for our own product analytics. This is not a cookie and is not shared with advertisers. | Cleared when tab closes |
| Vercel Analytics | Cookieless | Measures anonymous, aggregated site performance (such as page load speed). It does not set cookies and does not identify you. | N/A |
Your Choices
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can clear browser storage at any time. Because the strictly necessary items above are required to sign in and use core features, blocking them may prevent parts of the Service from working. If you have questions about how we use these technologies, contact us using the details in the "Contact Us" section below.
7. Do Not Sell or Share; Targeted Advertising
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under U.S. state privacy laws. We have not done so in the preceding 12 months. Because we do not engage in these activities, there is no "sale" or "share" for you to opt out of.
Some browsers and extensions offer a Global Privacy Control (GPC) or similar opt-out preference signal. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing for such a signal to opt you out of; if that changes, we will honor valid opt-out preference signals where required by law.
8. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any applicable regulator as required by law.
9. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (for example, to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations, or to resolve disputes). When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Know / Access: request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you;
- Correction: request that we correct inaccurate personal information;
- Deletion: request that we delete personal information we have collected, subject to legal exceptions;
- Portability: request a copy of your personal information in a portable, machine-readable format;
- Opt out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising: although, as noted above, we do not engage in these activities;
- Non-discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
11. How to Exercise Your Rights
You can exercise your rights as follows:
- Marketing opt-out: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or reply STOP to any marketing text.
- Account deletion: request deletion of your account and associated personal information from your account settings, or by emailing privacy@clutchparlays.com with the subject "Delete My Account."
- Other requests: email privacy@clutchparlays.com describing your request.
Verification. To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before responding, which may require you to confirm details associated with your account. Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with proof of authorization, and we may still ask you to verify your identity directly.
Response times. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally within 45 days, with the possibility of an extension). Appeals. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing privacy@clutchparlays.com with the subject "Privacy Appeal."
12. California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA"), provides the rights described in Sections 10–11 above, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.
The table below summarizes the categories of personal information (as defined by the CCPA) we may have collected in the preceding 12 months, and whether we "sold" or "shared" it:
| Category | Examples | Collected? | Sold / Shared? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Identifiers | Name, email, account ID, IP address | Yes | No |
| Commercial information | Subscription and purchase history | Yes | No |
| Internet / network activity | Pages visited, features used, interactions | Yes | No |
| Geolocation data | Approximate location derived from IP | Yes | No |
| Financial information | Payment processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers | Limited | No |
| Sensitive / protected-class / biometric | Government IDs, health, race, precise location, biometrics | No | No |
California's "Shine the Light" law permits California residents to request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing.
13. Nevada Privacy Rights
Nevada residents have the right to submit a verified request directing us not to sell certain personal information we have collected or will collect. We do not sell personal information as defined by Nevada law, but you may submit a request or questions to privacy@clutchparlays.com.
14. Other U.S. State Privacy Rights
Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of their personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal information, and certain profiling. As described above, we do not sell personal information, share it for targeted advertising, or engage in such profiling. Where your state provides a right to appeal a denied request, you may appeal as described in Section 11. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@clutchparlays.com.
15. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for individuals 21 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21, and we do not sell or share the personal information of minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date, and by other reasonable means where appropriate. Please review this policy periodically.
17. Contact Us
